    barbara b Barbara Behrendt, MS, has over 18 years experience as a Career Consultant with expertise in career transition and development, managing change and stress management.  She is currently a Senior Consultant with a global firm where she has a proven track record coaching and motivating individuals to develop effective job search strategies.  Her background includes counseling, wellness training, business, and program design and implementation for clients ranging from Fortune 100 to start-up companies.  With a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Barbara is certified in the Strong Interest Inventory, MBTI and Firo B.

    Barbara M. Trager, M.S., Counseling, California State University, Long Beach. Before moving to Boulder in 1999, Barbara landed her dream job of professional career counselor with Jewish Vocational Service in Los Angeles, helping scores of job seekers and career changers with their career paths. She also co-taught a series of self-esteem workshops for recently-laid off workers for a consortium of cities in the L.A. area. Straight out of her graduate program, she taught “Personal and Career Exploration” classes for 2-1/2 years to freshman and sophomore college students. Currently, Barbara volunteers for several Jewish and secular causes and loves doing crossword puzzles and playing Scrabble.

    beth Beth Brown Ornstein, J.D. is an experienced dispute resolution professional, trainer, and attorney. Through her company Colorado Mediation Center, LLC, she provides mediation, arbitration, mediation-arbitration, training, and facilitation services for individuals and organizations. She also provides conflict management, communications, team-building, and MBTI®* training programs for private businesses, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.

    judith Judith Lemberger, Ph.D., MSW was a life-long New Yorker before moving to Boulder, Colorado in 2004.  At New York University School of Social Work, she had over 20 years of experience as the director of field work and as a clinical professor, teaching social welfare policy and integrative practice seminars as well as training field instructors in a wide range of practice settings.  She has worked with numerous agencies and individuals about career resilience, a topic dear to her heart and the subject of her dissertation.  She has a certificate in career management from NYU and has been an executive coach and trainer. She is happy to be living in Colorado, although it is very far from the beach.
    peter Peter Ornstein, J.D. is an environmental attorney living and working in Colorado since 1990. Until recently, Peter was the Deputy Regional Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Denver.  In addition to environmental law, Peter has a technical background in geology and hydrogeology. Peter recently joined the Colorado Mediation Center where he overs to mediate or arbitrate environmental and energy disputes, and is planning on teaching environmental law at the University of Denver Law School next spring.
